this week i did study island . i also did 2 digit addition. i also did hundreds, tens, and ones place . and ones, tens, and hundreds cubes. i also played dominion. and i read Sherlock Holmes.

The beach is better then the mountains

The beach is better then the mountains,  there is water,  there is sand,  and there is trees.

I like the beach because you can swim in it,  and do scuba diving,  and surfing.  I like swimming at the beach because you can float in the the water.  I like scuba diving at the beach because you get to explore the Ocean.  I like surfing because you can like be on top of water like your flying.

At the beach you can make sand castles,  and dig in it,  and you can make foot prints in it.  I like to make sand castles at the beach because you can make a huge sand castle and go inside it.  I like to dig at the beach cause you can find dinosaur bones and shells. I like to make foot prints at the beach cause its a fun thing to do when your bored.

On the beach there is trees you can climb, and you can get coconuts from them, and there is shade under them.  I like to climb trees at the beach because you can see very far away.  I like to get coconuts from the trees at the beach cause I can open them up and then i can drink the coconut milk.  I like the shade under the trees cause its nice and cool when your hot.

And that's why the beach is better then the mountains.

this week I went to gymnastics and I did a hand walk across the mat . i also did "Dominion" with papa. i also did Domino's . and i also played farkel and it has lots of math in it and i got it for Christmas from my aunt. and i also listened to papa read "Sherlock Holmes".   bye

Learning log 13#

this week i went and saw Alfie Boe sing with the tabernacle choir and he almost broke the speakers and he sang "Hark The Harold Angels Sing" and "some where in my memory (from home alone)"  and he sang "Bring Him Home" also there was this other guy and his name was Tom Brokaw and he told a story about this other guy and he saw lots of kids who wanted candy and he broke his piece of gum into four pieces and he gave it to the kids but there wasn't enof and they started riping the paper into tuns of pieces and they started smelling the pieces of paper and then he went in his air plane and dropped abunch of parushoots with candy on them for the kids and then the story ended then the guy in the story came out and said merry Christmas and he was really old and then there was this air plane noise and the room started shaking and then pairushoots started falling from the ceiling

this week i watched videos about Jews in china. 

i also did spelling by text messaging. 

i also watched china videos on brain pop.

i also learned about Buddhism Confucianism Taoism and legalism 

Learning Log #11

this week I made a mini stone henge with my cousins. I went to a place and watched the Nutcracker with Ballet west . and also went to gymnastics and learned how to do a back hand spring. my brother and sister went to hapkido. my sister got fourth place in oratory speech and debate. my sister went to Shakespeare. I went to my cousins nativity play. i also had a Cultural lesson on the 50's, 60's, 70's, and 80's.                                  Watched you tubes to go with above cultural lesson. I also did history of the word atom.
and some guys came and started building a swing set in our back yard
